The apartments themselves are very spacious and have nice fixtures. Porch.....you are required to pay $25/mo for them to collect your garbage rather than taking it out yourself. And, it will cost me $3000 to end this lease early even though they will not be out the money. Management is non responsive to issues of safety, parking, and noise. Lots of car damage due to people not parking inbetween lines and too close.

We've lived here for about a year and a half and are very happy. The location is fantastic - very walkable to grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants. The covered garage parking is perfect to keep the elements off your car and keep it out of the hot sun in the summer. The management company and maintenance staff are very responsive and easy to deal with.

Be prepared to walk to your building because there are not enough parking spaces to park in front of your building. Thin walls, you can hear your neighbors and people using stairs.
